Gustavo Lo Bianco began his career as a social compliance assessor and client relations manager for a global provider of responsible sourcing auditing and consulting services. He then took a detour into the world of wine and spirits, working as a buyer for one the biggest distributers in the UK and later as the director of international business dealing with clients and partners around the world. He set up a subsidiary company in Brazil importing and distributing wine and spirits in over 20 states and overseeing a team of thirty employees in buying, sales, marketing, and operations. 

Returning to CSR, Gustavo understands well the life of auditors on the road, having carried out 400 social compliance assessments in 28 countries over the course of his career. He also knows what clients need from their auditing programs, the challenges of operating in a variety of countries, and delivering within the budget for the company. 

Gustavo has a degree in International Relations, a WSET Diploma in wine and spirits and speaks fluent English, Brazilian Portuguese (native), Italian and Spanish. He has lived in Brazil, South Africa, Italy, Spain and has spent the last 15 years in London, UK where he lives with his wife and two small children.
